Upcoming Events

Grandparents Night:

From 6:00-7:00Thursday evening, April 25, our students are invited to take their grandparents and/or special friends to school to give them a tour and show what they’ve been working on at school. It’s a wonderful time to have those generations mixing together in our classrooms and hallways, looking at the wonderful work the kids have been doing and learning! For those who live far away and can’t make it, email the school office with a message and we’ll deliver it to your student!

Chapel:

Our next Chapel is planned for Wednesday, May 1. Come and worship with us in the gym at 9:00.

End of the Year Chapel:

Come worship with us starting at 1:30 as we close our year with remembering God’s faithfulness over the past school year. School dismisses after chapel that day. A shuttle service will help alleviate the parking lot congestion; consider parking at Trinity Bible Church just south of school and riding our shuttle bus to and from chapel. There will be no bus service after school for the students.

Field Day:

Come enjoy some old fashioned fun in the back yard at school on Monday, June 3, starting at 1:30! Watch teams made up of K-8th graders compete in relay races and other activities and enjoy some fun together. Bring a lawn chair! As with chapel (see prior article) there will be a bus shuttle service to alleviate parking lot congestion and no bus routes after school.

Other News:

“The Prince and the Pauper”

Thank you to all who came to the 7th/8th graders’ performance of the Mark Twain classic, “The Prince and the Pauper” on Friday night! You honored us with your presence and we all hope you enjoyed the performance! Well done, students and staff!

Auction Wrap Up:

A huge THANK YOU to all of our society for the wonderful turn out to help us “Move Mountains” this year! We had a record breaking year with proceeds exceeding $250,000.00! The final number will be published soon! Our “Raise the Paddle” portion of the evening brought in over $78,000.00 and our generous donor matched ALL of it! Wow!

We could not have done this without our community of businesses that support our school. Below is a list of the businesses that sponsored our auction. A full article will be published in March/April Eagle Edition which will be sent out during spring break.

Volunteer Opportunities

We have several opportunities for parents, grandparents and society members to volunteer for our school. Below are a few areas that are in need. No experience or specific skills required, just a love for our school and a willing heart to serve. If you are able and willing to serve, please contact the office.

  • Eagle Boosters: In search of volunteers to help coordinate fundraisers and fun activities through-out the year that benefit our students, teachers, and classrooms. The efforts of this group directly help keep the cost of tuition down by providing funding for specific needs. This group meets once a month at the school.

  • Endowment Committee: This committee oversees the investing of the endowment funds and makes sure that our school has secure longevity for years to come. While financial experience is a plus, it’s not necessary. This committee meets once or twice a year.

Tours Available!

Individual tours of the campus are available for any family interested in checking out Ebenezer for their children simply by calling the school office. We’d love to have you come and experience the solid, Christ-centered education, the spiritual learning, and the social growth that happens in our school.
